We are a private studio focusing on the individual. Our goal is quality not quantity, so our clients receive personal attention as their fitness goals are reached. Our clients say they prefer the friendly comfortable atmosphere and intimate setting of our studio as opposed to the typical gym.
You may choose: (1) Private training (one on one) (2) Duets to work with a partner with the same ability (two students, one teacher)
(3) Group class, (4-6 students one teacher), working on the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Jump Board, or floor Mat work using small props (ball, fitness circle, flex bands).
(4) Couples Class (2-3 groups of couples working on all equipment. A fun way to workout with your most loyal partner)
