Over 10 years ago, recovering from a fractured vertebrae, severe sciatica pain, and scoliosis; Jessica found pilates to be the first thing to give her relief from pain. She regularly attended classes three times a week for the next 8 years. Pilates became a life style offering a mind and body work out. After leaving the corporate world and having a baby she decided that she wanted to teach and share her pilates passion with others as an instructor. After completing the Pilates Sport Center's teacher trainer program in 2010 with Master Teacher Trainer Leslie Brangham, Jessica has joined Leslie at Just Breathe as a full time trainer.
