EQUIPMENT (Participants will use Reformer, Cadillac or Wunda Chair, depending on class size.)

JUMP BOARD (Discover Cardio Pilates with Jump Board Class.  Fast-paced Jumping on Reformer with various props.  Sweat, burn fat & have fun at the same time!)

MAT (small group, up to 8 participants will be lead though basic & intermediate mat exercises. May be using small props such as flex bands, light weights, balls, & rings. Great way to get started in Pilates or refine your skills.)
 
PREGNANCY (Stay fit and feel good during pregnancy. A gentle workout to keep you in shape and prepare for delivery.)

All classes are tailored to the ability of the students attending.
These classes will include:
 
Teaching basic Pilates principles to be
applied for performing exercises 
R
eviewing and correction of alignment 
as exercise is taught      
Help enhance skills for seeking  
advancement  
 



 Once Basic Skills Are Mastered, Advancement Will Be Implemented To Include:

F
aster paced class
Advanced exercises for more challenge
Must have knowledge of body 
placement & alignment to perform 
exercises
Must be injury free or modify as 
needed to attend


                                                         Studio Policies

  • Classes will be tailored to the ability of the students.
  • Students must be injury-free to attend group class (Dr's release required if recent illness or surgery)
  • All sessions are 50 minutes
  • A pre paid reservation is required to attend class
  • All pre paid Series are to be used within a Calendar month
  • Series classes will not rollover to the following month
  • With a 24 hour cancellation, one class may be made up within the month, subject to class space availability
